Like many Newfoundlanders and Labradorians, Elizabeth Collins moved away to find work opportunities. Eventually, after six years in Calgary building a resume in the oil and natural gas industry, she and her husband began thinking about coming home to raise a family. Despite her valuable work experience, would she have to settle for a lesser career path?
